No. Mental performance coaching is skills-based training, similar to working with a hitting coach or pitching coach, but for the mental side of competition. We are not therapists and we do not treat clinical conditions.
Yes. Our coaches are trained to build rapport quickly and create a safe space. Most athletes open up within the first session because the conversation is about their sport, their goals, and their experience, not about being put on the spot.
It is a 15 to 20 minute conversation where we learn about your athlete, identify what is going on, and give you an honest recommendation. No pressure, no sales pitch. If coaching is the right fit, we explain next steps. If it is not, we tell you.
Coaching programs start at $2,500 for a 90-day program. We will discuss pricing on the intro call based on your athlete's needs.
